Greycroft Partners joins Long River Ventures and Village Ventures in backing Extreme Reach, Inc.


March 24, 2009 - HADLEY, MA - Long River Ventures announced today that its portfolio company, Extreme Reach, has secured additional investment from a leading digital media venture capital firm, Greycroft Partners LLC. Long River Ventures and Village Ventures, which co-led a Series A round at the end of 2008 but left the round open for 90 days, also participated in the additional funding. The additional capital will be used for product development, worldwide marketing and sales efforts.

Extreme Reach provides the first all-software platform that cost effectively enables advertisers and agencies to deliver, manage and track their commercial messages across all three screens of video - TV, Web and mobile.

In the first quarter, the company has signed several significant customers and announced that its network has grown to include more than 1,000 TV stations and cable stations in just 30 days. The network also includes more than 5,000 radio stations.
