Long River Ventures maintains meeting facilities in downtown Boston in conjunction with Babson Capital Management, our lead investor LP. This facility is located at Independence Wharf, 470 Atlantic Ave (adjacent to the Intercontinental Hotel). Come to the 10th floor, and look for Babson Capital signage. Babson Capital's offices are a three block walk from South Station Commuter Rail Terminal and the Red line.



From Logan Airport:
  • You can take the Logan Airport water taxi to the Boston Harbor Hotel. We are located directly across the street. Additionally, the Silver Line Bus leaves from all airport terminals and arrives at South Station.
  • By Car: Take the Ted Williams Tunnel to Exit 25 (South Boston). At first set of lights turn left onto Congress Street. Take Congress Street to Atlantic Avenue and turn right. Independence Wharf (470 Atlantic Avenue) is the brick building with green glass on your right, on the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Seaport Boulevard. The parking entrance is a right turn into the building from Atlantic Avenue.

From the South:
  • Take Route I-93 North to Exit 20 (I-90 East & West / South Station / South Boston) and follow signs to South Station/Downtown. Follow Atlantic Avenue through 6 sets of traffic lights. Independence Wharf at 470 Atlantic Avenue will be on the right.

From the North:
  • Take Route I-93 South to Exit 23, Purchase Street & South Station. Go straight ahead on Purchase Street. Take the first left turn onto Congress Street. Immediately turn left again onto Atlantic Avenue. Independence Wharf at 470 Atlantic Avenue will be on the right.

From the West:
  • Take I-90 E (Mass. Turnpike) to Exit 24a Downtown Boston/South Station Exit. Go straight through light at end of exit ramp onto Atlantic Avenue. Pass the bus terminal and South Station. Then keep going straight through the traffic lights at both Congress and Summer Streets. Independence Wharf at 470 Atlantic Avenue is the brick building with green glass on your right just before the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Seaport Boulevard.
